Debra Bezingue Graham
Debra Graham has been a member of the Philharmonic since 1987 in the viola section.
She has Viola performance degrees from Wheaton College, where she studied with William Schoen of the Chicago Symphony, and Master of Music from Indiana University where she was assistant to Abraham Skernick. She has played in the Knoxville symphony, the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and is currently teaching as an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University. She is married to Bruce Graham, her stand partner, for over 40 years and they have a daughter, Catherine, who is studying in medical school and who just married Miguel, a guitarist and personal trainer. She is also founder and director of the Fort Wayne Terrible Orchestra, an amateur group of adults who have fun playing music together.
